Bell & McCoy was established in 1972 and, in November 2023, merged with FRM Inc. who was established in 1969. The combined companies now have over 600 employees spanning 15 states across the Southeast. We cover the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kansas, and Missouri. Our vertical businesses (Electrical Supplies, Lighting and Controls, Utility, Tool and Safety, Luxury Homes, and Programming) offer customers and manufacturers a unique solution to complete market coverage. The manufacturers that we represent are sold through distribution and we are focused on the commercial, residential, industrial, and utility markets. We focus our time, energy and efforts on distributors, electrical contractors, engineers, architects, lighting designers and general contractors to educate and influence our products in the market.

Dorali Licon is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Se is a graduate of UACH MD. She is known for being focused, persistent, and always a surprise.

Dorali is from El Paso, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing and grilling. She has 2 beautiful babies that she loves spending time with.

Fun fact: Dorali can move her ears.

Kunwerpertop Hundal

Kunwerpertop Hundal (aka K-Top) is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, K-Top was a summer intern at Reece USA, Fortiline Waterworks, industrial plumbing division. Before that, he spent his summers as a Scout camp Counselor. K-Top is known for being outgoing, confident, and collaborative.

K-Top was born in Seattle, WA, but grew up in Lewisville, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys going to watch the Mariners when they come into town, watching F1 races, shooting and hanging out with his 2 cats, Teddy and Kitten.

Fun fact: K-Top is an Eagle Scout.

Brian Neuendorf

Brian Neuendorf is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended Northwood University, majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management/Business Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brian worked in chemical sales for 14 years. Brian is known for being caring, helpful, and honest.

Brian is from Missouri City, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, bowling, fishing, spending time with his kids, and fantasy football. He has 5 kids from 18 on down to twin 6-year-olds. They have 2 dogs; a boxer and a mixed husky/chocolate lab.

Fun fact: Brian played baseball in college and bowled his first league 300 in 2024. The Astros, Texans, and Golden Knights are my teams he follows.

Seth Humphries

Seth Humphries is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. He is a graduate of NECA/IBEW NJATC Electrical School. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Seth worked in Electrical - 20 years (Electrician/Supply House). He is known for being loyal, funny, and friendly.

Seth is from Monroe, LA. Outside of work, he enjoys electrical work, hunting, and chasing his kids around. Seth is a happily married to his wife Alexa and they have 7 children; 3 girls and 4 boys.

Fun Fact: Seth is just as comfortable at an Edgar Allan Poe night at the local speakeasy as he is crowded into Tiger Stadium hollering it up…
