Hayden Schooler is part of our engineer team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Big Bend CC (Associates), University of Phoenix (Obtaining Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity). Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Hayden worked for Amazon Global Logistics. He is known for being determined, team-oriented, and reserved.

Hayden is originally from Richland, WA. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys weight-lifting, hiking, and watching sports. He has an older brother, a younger sister and two German Shepards.

Fun fact: Hayden comes from a long line of college baseball pitchers.

Krista Brown is part of our inside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Krista worked in the lighting industry for almost 20 years starting on the manufacturing floor building lighting fixtures herself. She is known for being loyal, dependable, and creative.

Krista is originally from Racine, WI. Outside of work, Krista enjoys baking, attending local farmers markets and vendor events, as well as spending time with her family. She has been married for almost 10 years and has 2 kids, 3 bonus kids, and 2 grandbabies.

Fun fact: Krista is a self-taught cookie artist.

Shelley Busby is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Kentucky majoring in marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Shelley worked in lighting; First job - Lithonia/Acuity Lighting; then rep since 2006. She is known for being bubbly, caring, and a hard worker.

Shelley is originally from Nashville, TN. Outside of work, Shelley enjoys crossfit, cycling, spending time with her puppies; she has 2 German shepherds.

Fun fact: Shelley is a triplet!

Brandon Taylor is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended San Jacinto Community College majoring in Business Administration. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brandon was a contractor in electrical distribution. He is known for being persistent, collaborative, and enthusiastic.

Brandon is originally from Sugarland, TX. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golfing and watching sports. He is a Philadelphia Eagles fan… Go Birds!

Fun fact: Brandon is a twin!

Kai Rosa is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. She attended SCAD - Entertainment Lighting & Production Design. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kai was a DMX Programmer for Live Entertainment & Film and TV. She is known for being driven, charismatic, and curious.

Kai is originally from Western Massachusetts. Outside of work, Kai enjoys playing music, making art, and enjoying nature. She is the youngest of a large, loud family & lover of all animals she comes across.

Fun fact: Kai knows 4 languages.

Gail Tankersley is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. She started as an Art Major in college and realized she wanted to keep it a hobby and loved sales and people. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Gail has worked in the lighting industry for 30 years, with a break in the middle to raise our 2 incredible sons. Then back in the industry working for Next Generation Lighting the last 10 1/2 years. They say once you are in lighting you never leave. She is known for being positive, loyal, and personable.

Gail is originally from Ohio, raised in Michigan & Kentucky and settled in Georgia. Outside of work, Gail enjoys music, art, gardening, and reading. She loves spending time with her family and is blessed with the best husband there is. And, as they are soon to be empty nesters, they have their 3 little cats to keep them company.

Fun fact: Gail participated in “brag”, the Bicycle Ride Across GA. 350 miles in 7 days from Atlanta to Savannah.

Greg Ashford is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Greg was a lighting controls and shading systems designer/engineer. He is known for being meticulous, dedicated, and kind.

Greg is originally from Amarillo, TX. Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing guitar, grilling, and playing video games. He’s been married to his wife (Wynter) for 20 years. They have 2 kids (Austin and Ryley), 3 grand kids (Josh, Bentley, Kooper), and 1 dog (Harvey).

Fun fact: Greg won a stein holding contest at Octoberfest years ago, held it for over 9 minutes.

Douglas Hance is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Mesa Community College. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Douglas worked in outside commercial lighting and controls sales throughout Southern Arizona bringing 24 years of experience with him. He is known for being loyal and relationship-focused with a results-driven mindset.

Douglas is originally from Missouri. Outside of work, Douglas enjoys offshore fishing, golfing, and traveling. He likes to stay active with golf, and enjoys traveling with his wife. Between that and their boxer puppies at home, life stays pretty full.

Fun fact: Douglas coaches high school varsity football, so he spends his evenings and weekends helping develop young athletes.

Juan Arratia is part of our engineer team for Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions. He attended San Jacinto receiving an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Electrical Technology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Juan worked in lighting controls/lighting designer & engineer. He is known for being dependable, meticulous, and curious.

Juan is originally from Monterrey, Mexico and raised in Houston, TX. Outside of work, Juan enjoys listing to music and attending live music events, hunting, and fishing. He is family oriented. He and his wife have been married for 14yrs. They have a 7-year-old boy and a dog Luna who is a schnauzer. He loves to spend time cooking and especially grilling on the weekends.

Fun fact: Juan loves to hear old vinyl records.

Richard Morgan is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Richard worked in electrical contracting. He is known for being reliable, committed, and sometimes a jokester.

Richard is originally from Macon, GA. Outside of work, Richard enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family. He is a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan and has been married 38 years with 2 sons and 4 grandkids.

Fun fact: Richard can’t sing a lick!

Kaela Gudz is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. She attended New Mexico State University majoring in Industrial Engineering. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kaela was a lighting controls specialist at JTH agency, and applications engineer at WattStopper. She is known for being reliable, genuine, and resourceful.

Kaela is originally from Orange County, CA. Outside of work, Kaela enjoys hiking, pilates, cooking, and traveling. She enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and trying new restaurants.

Fun fact: Kaela is a big DIY enthusiast. She loves figuring out how things work and learning to do them herself.

Jack Johnston is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Clemson University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jack worked in sustainability solutions. He is known for being reliable, personable, and curious.

Jack is originally from Bethlehem, PA. Outside of work, Jack enjoys biking, seeing live music/comedy, and gardening. He and his wife, Lexi, got married August 2025 in Atlanta and they have a dog named Stevie.

Fun fact: Jack briefly ran a small farm in Southwest Atlanta.

Lisa Donohew is part of our project management team for Bell & McCoy. She attended Western Nevada College majoring in Emergency Medical Services. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Lisa was 8+ years with Next Generation Lighting. Prior to that, she was a business owner in property preservation and light construction while also working in Kitchen & Bath design and sales. She is known for being loyal, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.

Lisa is originally from Northern Nevada. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time on the side-by-side exploring the trails of AZ and cooking. She is married to her amazing husband and best friend for 17 years. Their son has proudly served in the Air Force and is now serving in the Army. Now empty nesters, their 4 dogs keep them on their toes.

Fun fact: Lisa was a fully trained EMT - Intermediate and Firefighter 1 at 18 years old.

Megan Farmer is part of our quotations team for Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Buffalo with B.A. in Sociology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Megan worked in Lighting Quotations and Project Management. She is known for being dependable, loyal, and kind.

Megan is originally from Rochester, NY. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, and baking. She is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband.

Fun fact: Megan has 17 nieces and nephews that she loves to spoil!

Tim Duff is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of Georgia majoring speech communication. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tim was Principal of a Lighting Rep Agency. He is known for being positive, knowledgeable, and loyal.

Tim is originally from Detroit, MI. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golf, music and traveling. He has been married for 4 years and has 2 children.

Fun fact: Tim and his wife attend ballroom dancing lessons.

Brandi Switalski is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brandi worked in sales. She is known for being reliable, driven, and resourceful.

Brandi is originally from Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, Brandi riding motorcycles, pliates, and yoga. She is a mom of 4 and a grandmother of 2.

Fun fact: Brandi lives by the beach.

Grant Williams is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. He attended Kennesaw State with a major in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Grant worked in the lighting field. He is known for being independent and focused.

Grant is originally from Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, Grant enjoys farming and he is a Christian.

Fun fact: Grant sells light bulbs!

Shane Kasner is part of our operations team for Bell & McCoy. He attended University of Houston - Downtown majoring in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Shane had an accounting internship, but most of working life was at Home Depot (both in store and warehouse work). He is known for being nerdy, persistent, and direct.

Shane is originally from California. Outside of work, Shane enjoys rock climbing, reading, and watching movies. His family has two Labs, two Portuguese Podengos, and two endangered/rare birds (a completely white Cockatiel and a Sun Conure).

Fun fact: Shane enjoys a lot of nerdy hobbies and media, and wished he had the time to try DND or going to a convention.

Kat Curry is part of our engineering team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. She attended Devry University with a major in sales and Marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kat worked in lighting controls. She is known for being detailed, motivated, and team oriented.

Kat is originally from Ohio. Outside of work, Kat enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking. She is married with one dog, two cats and ten grandchildren!

Fun fact: Kat has a 1966 Austin Healey convertible!

Dreyme Murray is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. She attended University of Central Oklahoma receiving a BFA in Interior Design. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Dreyme worked in commercial and residential design. She is known for being intentional, empathetic, and grounded.

Dreyme is originally from Tulsa, OK. Outside of work, Dreyme enjoys creating and painting pottery, kayaking, going to live performances for music, plays, any theatrical shows! She has a large family and loves helping take care of her growing nieces and nephews.

Fun fact: Dreyme absolutely loves cooking and hardly ever uses a recipe; she just does what feels right.

Cruz Thomas is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Limestone College. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Cruz was in electrical sales. He is known for being grounded, intentional, and resilient.

Cruz is originally from South Carolina. Outside of work, Cruz enjoys playing golf, paddle boarding, running, and writing. He has three amazing kids: Olivia, Cruz, and Savannah. The girls are in competitive dance, and his son is in PGA Jr. Golf.

Fun fact: Cruz has 10 siblings: (6) boys and (5) girls, final score!

Kaitlin Louther is part of our in]side sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kaitlin worked in lighting supply. She is known for being creative, tenacious, and easy-going.

Kaitlin is originally from Florida. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys anything arts and crafts, water sports, and camping. She has a cat and a do, so I guess you could say she has a blended family!

Fun fact: Kaitlin is ambidextrous.

Grace Rhodes is part of our project management team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. She attended Arkansas Tech University majoring in digital marketing and minoring in business data analytics. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Grace worked in marketing administration and web content. She is known for being ambitious, curious, and hard-working.

Grace is originally from Pine Bluff, AR. Outside of work, Grace enjoys pickleball, golfing, her bowling league, and softball league. She has a gray cat named Leo.

Fun fact: Grace danced for 14 years and then danced all through college at Arkansas Tech University.

Jason Davis is our Arizona General Manager at Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. He attended University of Nevada Las Vegas with a major in marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jason was a specification sales manager. He is known for being loyal, funny, and trustworthy.

Jason is originally from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Outside of work, Jason enjoys watching his kids hoop, hiking, baking, books, traveling and wine. He has twin girls and he is married to his high school sweetheart.

Fun fact: Jason has previously completed a full Ironman.

Dan Costello is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of Oklahoma majoring in marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Dan worked in PPE Safety Sales and an assistant golf professional prior to that. He is known for being personable, sincere, and loyal.

Dan is originally from Grapevine, TX. Outside of work, Dan enjoys golf, rock climbing, and spending time with friends and family. His first child (son named Rook) was born in May of 2025.

Fun fact: Dan worked for the Oklahoma City Thunder in college and was at the game that was cancelled right before tipoff due to Rudy Gobert testing positive for COVID. Shortly after, all professional sport leagues were temporarily shut down.

Jordan Smotts is a project manager for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jordan was a sales manager for a electrical and automotive distributor. She is known as being structured, dependable, and caring.

Jordan is originally from Maypearl, TX. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys attending sporting events and hanging out with family and friends. She and her husband moved to the area for her husband’s job. She is a mom of 2, a 21 year old who is attending OSU and a 11 year old daughter who keeps her on her toes.

Fun fact: Jordan is the Cheer Coordinator for their youth program.

Leslie Coyne is a project manager at Bell & McCoy. Leslie attended the University of Oklahoma majoring in Marketing & Healthcare Business. She is known for being kind, thoughtful, and full of joy.

Leslie is from Frisco, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf and running, but most of all spending time with her family & friends. She loves her family and is the youngest of two older brothers who are both married. She absolutely adores her new sisters!

Fun fact: Leslie is named after both of her grandpas.

ROB DUNCAN – President, Lighting & Controls Division of Bell & McCoy Companies
Rob has been a key part of Bell & McCoy since 2006 when he joined as General Manager of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. His vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence led to his promotion to Vice-President of Lighting and then later to Executive Vice President. Rob has played a critical role in the growth of our lighting and controls business and now as President of the Lighting & Controls Division, he will continue to lead with strategic insight and innovation.

CHRIS TULLOS – President, Supply Division of Bell & McCoy Companies
Chris joined Bell & McCoy in 2005 as a salesman and quickly distinguished himself through strong leadership and results. He advanced from General Manager to Vice President and later to Executive Vice President, where he was instrumental in expanding and strengthening our supply business. As now President of the Supply Division, Chris brings deep industry knowledge that will continue to drive growth and success.
